Fitting Assistant Manager

About the role

To deputise for the Branch Manager to cover holidays, absence and other events as required.

To replace and repair both in‑branch and mobile all types of automotive glass including related products efficiently and effectively for all types of vehicles, both commercial and domestic.

To assist with office administration tasks, including stock management, arranging customer appointments and any ad‑hoc tasks provided by management.

To learn and understand the company’s IT systems relevant to the administration tasks you undertake.

To positively promote yourself, your van (if applicable) and your branch in a professional manner on behalf of the Company and National Windscreens.

To achieve and maintain standards of workmanship and performance in accordance with the company’s training requirements and grading system.
