Fit Reservationist - Cape Town

Iconic Hotel – based in Cape Town – is looking for a FIT Reservationist to optimize sales & profitability through an effective and efficient reservations process while enhancing relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate capturing of reservations
• Maximise revenue and ensure guest satisfaction
• Review, monitor and revise guest service standards to enhance satisfaction
• Assist & maintain efficient administration system within the department
• Maintain client database with segmentation
• Ensure an accurate filing system, both manual and electronic, is constantly updated
• Complete and maintain standard correspondence formats for various stages of reservations
