Fit-Out Draftsman

Overview

The Fit-Out Draftsman produces accurate and detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for interior fit-out projects. This role supports the design and site teams in delivering complete drawing packages that enable precise and quality fit-out execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop fit-out shop drawings including floor plans, RCPs, wall elevations, sections, joinery details, and partition layouts using AutoCAD.
• Produce material and finish schedules, door/window schedules, and FF&E layout drawings.
• Draft detailed millwork and joinery drawings for fabrication by specialist subcontractors.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP and structural teams to ensure clash-free integrated fit-out packages.
• Update drawings based on RFI responses, design changes, and site variations.
