Fiscal Policy Analyst / Human Services Program Specialist 2

Responsibilities

The Fiscal Policy Analyst will provide data analyses and program evaluation needed to support fiscal policy and planning for aging programs including Elderly Waiver (EW), Alternative Care (AC), and Essential Community Supports (ECS). The incumbent conducts policy and data analysis and project management activities and develops and implements quality assurance processes and procedures. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement data analyses and reporting that supports implementation and ongoing administration of rate-setting systems for aging programs and other fiscal policy efforts.
• Conduct project management and project support activities needed for implementation and ongoing administration of the aging programs rate-setting systems and rate changes or updates.
• Serve as a technical expert on implementing and maintaining aging rate-setting policies through information systems such as MnChoices ...
