Gateway supports the Culinary Apprenticeship Program, providing employees with the opportunity to attain their Red Seal Journeyperson Trade Certification through a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training. This will also help support the opportunity for culinary team members to be promoted to First Cook and Chef de Partie.
