-Job description- Execute the WPB operational loss recording process and provide advice on the identification of internal events and escalations of relevant issues.
- Manage the monitoring of events with different internal areas to obtain information that allows recording events in accordance with global and local policies.
- Design and prepare dashboards, reports and presentations at executive level, as well as KPIs and KRIs that help decision-making based on the information generated within the DBS Risk and Controls department.
- Propose improvements and automate the event recording process, to optimize the time dedicated to the process.
