Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a first-line IT support Technician.Job Overview: Seeking an on-site IT support resource in Bristol to assist with laptop deployments. The role involves configuring devices, updating asset records, and supporting users during setup.

  • Contract: 13th July -31st Dec’26
  • Mandatory check: SC Clearance
  • Pay Rates:
  • Umbrella Rate: £ (via a Hays approved umbrellapany).
  • PAYE Basic Rate: £
  • Hours: hours a week. Monday – Friday.
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Queue ticket management of tickets assigned to their Hub (and surrounding spokes) ensures appropriate updates and call management to maintain service levels as per contract.
