Job Description

Karnot Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking its first HR hire to own and build the HR function from scratch in Mapandan, Pangasinan. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, DOLE compliance, and performance management, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will design HR policies, implement a formal onboarding and payroll workflow, and establish a foundational culture to attract technical talent. Career progression to HR Manager is possible as the team grows.
