First-Contact SaaS Support Specialist

Sqills is looking for a Business Application Specialist based in Mexico City. In this full-time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our South American customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Your responsibilities include resolving customer incidents and questions efficiently and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our S3 Passenger platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and at least two years of relevant experience.
