Job Description

Position Overview

The First Aider is responsible for providing immediate first aid and basic life support to employees, contractors, and visitors within the solar power plant site. The role supports the project's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program by ensuring prompt medical response to injuries, illnesses, and emergencies during construction and operation activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid treatment to injured or ill personnel at the site.
• Assess the condition of patients and determine the need for referral to clinics or hospitals.
• Assist in emergency response during accidents, heat stress, electrical incidents, falls, and other site-related emergencies.
• Maintain and monitor first aid kits, medicines, stretchers, and emergency equipment, ensuring they are complete and serviceable at all times.
