Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Emergency Response:
Provide immediate first aid to injured or ill employees following approved protocols.
- Assess the severity of injuries and determine whether emergency medical services are required.
- Coordinate with local hospitals, clinics, or emergency services as needed.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Maintain updated knowledge of workplace safety procedures and first aid regulations.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE Department Order OSH Standards) and company policies.
Training & Awareness:
Conduct basic first aid awareness sessions for employees, if required.
- Assist Safety Officers in emergency drills or preparedness programs.
Record-Keeping & Reporting:
Document all incidents, first aid administered, and follow-up actions.
