Job Description
We are looking for a Firmware Developer with 3–4 years of experience to join their R&D team in a fast-growing startup environment. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge firmware for embedded systems and optical transceivers, contributing directly to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in feasibility studies and draft initial firmware architecture.
Collaborate with hardware and system engineers using Scrum methodology.
Design and implement firmware for optical transceivers, including peripheral drivers and communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART).
Implement host interfaces based on CMIS/MIS standards.
Develop firmware ahead of hardware availability using emulators or evaluation boards.
Conduct bring-up and debugging on prototypes using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol sniffers).
Execute firmware validation and DVT to ensure functional requirements.
