Ensures he always have necessary PPE, Tools and tackles and he is following OQ fatigue management plan.

Must be able to speak and understand the instructions given by the supervisors/Foreman.

Listens toolbox talks, where the Permit Holder identifies and communicates the risks inherent in the activity, along with corresponding controls.

He understands work scope, will make sure that all activities are executed with Safety and as per scope.

Watching out for fire hazards in the workplace while Hot work is performed by MMC crew.

Maintaining the conditions and requirements stated on the Hot work permit. Keeping flammable materials away from ignition sources.

In the event of fire, extinguishing it or turn a fire alarm on, must be aware of emergency response plan.
