We are currently seeking a Firewall-Palo - Network Security Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

  • The Network Security Senior Specialist Advisor would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment.
  • Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment.
  • Support Palo Alto, Prisma SASE solution, F5, AWS networking and R&S.
  • Will provide technical escalation to L2 support engineers.
  • Provide On-call support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment.
