**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a talented Firefly Production Associate - Level III – 1st Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Ladson, SC.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
• Championing a proactive safety culture by stopping work when hazards arise, reporting incidents immediately, using proper PPE, and promoting an interdependent environment where everyone looks out for one another.
• Protecting people and the environment by correcting hazards within your control, recognizing environmental impacts, and actively engaging in HSE training to strengthen site wide safety performance.
• Elevating quality through disciplined execution by following SPC, poka yoke, visual standards, and process documentation while raising issues early to reduce cost and quality exposure.
