Firebase + n8n Developer Needed — Lean Dispatch MVP
I operate a mobile spa business and am building Vv1, a lean dispatch system to replace WhatsApp-based therapist assignment.
This is NOT a full marketplace build like Zeel or Soothe.
We are building a focused MVP that does one thing well:
Broadcast job requests to therapists and allow them to:
Accept
Suggest another time
Decline
Some services require 2 therapist acceptances before confirmation.
Client intake is already handled via Tally and n8n.
You must handle:
Tally → n8n → Secure API → Firebase → Therapist dashboard.
You will manage both:
Firebase backend
n8n workflow automation
Phase 0 (Fixed $100)
Build secure intake integration:
Configure n8n to receive Tally submission
Create secure POST endpoint (/api/jobs)
Validate payload
Create Job record in Firebase
Protect endpoint with API key
Provide short Loom demo
