Job Description
Overview
Fire Systems Supervisor coordinate proper fire alarm placement and install, test, and repair systems.
Responsibilities
+ Comply with established guidelines in UFC3-601-02, Operations and Maintenance: Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems.
+ Repairs shall meet all OEM requirements and NFPA codes and standards.
+ Maintain, inspect, and test fire protection systems to operate as designed and in accordance with NFPA.
+ All maintenance, inspection and testing shall be recorded on the appropriate American Fire Sprinkler Association Form listed in NFPA 25 Standards for the inspection, testing and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems.
