Fire Safety Surveyor Salary: £42,839 + £5,000 market supplement Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours) Location: Devon, Hybrid working and flexible hours available Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Role Overview This role is focused on ensuring housing stock is safe, compliant and well managed, with particular responsibility for fire and building safety. You will act as the subject matter expert for fire safety across the housing portfolio, overseeing fire risk assessments, fire door compliance and associated remedial works. The role combines technical surveying, contractor management and compliance oversight, ensuring all works meet legal and health and safety requirements.
