Job Description

  • Initial contract until end of June 2026 with possible extension
  • Attractive hourly pay rate of $77.37/hr + super
  • 35 hours per week
  • Work Location: Hybrid can be considered (WFH + Parramatta)

Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to carry out on-site and desktop compliance inspections to ensure that maintenance meets required standards and KPIs as per contractual agreements. This role may require statewide travel including overnight stay where necessary, for the purposes of onsite audits.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Undertake Quality Assurance Audits on Fire safety maintenance and fire safety upgrade projects time to time to ensure projects comply with legislative and government requirements and report on audit findings.
