The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is seeking a results-oriented, dynamic, and motivated individual for the position of Fire Base Support in Prince Albert.

This position will be responsible for fire equipment, communication equipment, fuel and facilities within the forest protection area to include acquisition/write-off of equipment, purchase of supplies, minor maintenance, tracking/reconciliation of inventories, testing equipment, and ensuring movement of equipment is documented and tracked. The position will participate and support large, sustained action fires and will train new support staff as required.

Working conditions can include undefined hours, working in remote locations in inclement conditions, extended hours up to 12 days in a row, and temporary assignments to other locations...
