Responsibilities

• Attend & undertake periodic maintenance of Security, Fire, CCTV & Access Control Systems to the relevant standards (BAFE & NSI).
• Attend sites and undertake periodic maintenance of the above systems and carry out necessary diagnosis and fault finding on client sites.
• Maintain stocks of materials and tools carried in vehicles in line with Company standards.
• Clear and concise communication with the service desk regarding customer issues.
• All paperwork/electronic reporting to the service desk carried out promptly.
• Present a professional appearance at all times.
• Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Be available to participate in the Company's emergency call out rota in line with the agreed rota that may be in force at any time.
