EY's Financial Services Consulting practice seeks a Business Consultant to improve and automate processes across banking, insurance and wealth management sectors in Lisbon. You will analyze current processes, define target operating models and support BPM and low-code implementations while engaging with both business and technology stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in consulting or process transformation, strong business analysis skills and fluency in English (B2+).
