Reporting Position: Head Assembly Shop
Qualification: Bachelor / Diploma in Engineering Mechanical, Automobile.
Years of Experience: : 20 / 22 years
Purpose of the Position:
This position is responsible for fulfilment of production programs with defined KPI of Production, Quality, safety, Maintenance and finance through cost reduction, continuous improvement and productivity improvement etc. in assembly production. Control and monitor fulfilment of departmental KPI like volume, DOK at check points, Product Audit QK, productivity targets etc . Ensure New Project Planning and Implementation for Infrastructure, Manpower Planning, Project KPI monitoring at each stage. Changepoint implementation. Responsible for Compliance of VDA, QMS, EnMS, and EMS requirement in Production Area. Co-ordinate India 2.5, and BEV Project for implementing smooth Production Processes...
