Job Description
The Finisher I performs entry-level finishing tasks related to the fabrication of stainless steel kitchen equipment. This role supports the finishing team by ensuring products meet quality and appearance standards through proper finishing and polishing processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the team in finishing stainless steel kitchen equipment.
- Perform basic finishing tasks such as polishing, cleaning, and deburring stainless steel sheets.
- Properly use, monitor, and help maintain finishing tools and equipment.
- Follow instructions and assist with tasks assigned by senior team members and management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Experience handling tools such as welding machines and grinders.
- Background in manufacturing or finishing operations.
- NCII SMAW certification required.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn.
