Are you a detail-oriented Finisher with a high standard of workmanship? We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to join a new build housing site in Hessle for a contract role.

This is a critical position focused on the final stages of the build, ensuring every plot is handed over in show-home condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing final internal snagging lists to a high standard.
• Adjusting doors, ironmongery, and kitchen units.
• Fixing minor timber defects, skirting, and architrave touch-ups.
• Mastic/silicone application to kitchens and bathrooms.
• Ensuring all plots are customer-ready and defect-free.
• Working closely with the Site Manager to meet strict handover deadlines.
