About the Role

The Finished Goods Inventory & Dispatch Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate movement of stock from production to warehouse storage and onward to local and international destinations. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating dispatch activities, managing warehouse locations, and ensuring stock availability aligns with shipping forecasts and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Process and record daily stock transfers from Production to Finished Goods. Maintain accurate inventory records within the Inventory Management System. Manage warehouse bin and racking locations across multiple product ranges. Ensure all stock movements and delivery documentation are completed accurately and stored correctly.
