What You’ll Accomplish

• Operate finish roller machinery to compact asphalt and create smooth road surfaces.
• Collaborate with paving crews to ensure proper alignment and compaction of asphalt layers.
• Complete and document a daily pre-trip equipment inspection prior to starting the work.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections on equipment to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
