**Maintenance Technician / Carpenter**
This role involves traveling to various properties throughout the Rhode Island area to perform general building maintenance and light construction tasks. You will handle a wide range of repair, janitorial, and carpentry duties to keep facilities safe, clean, and in good working condition. The position follows a daytime schedule and offers consistent full-time hours.
**Responsibilities**
+ Drive to multiple properties within the Rhode Island area to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
+ Carry out general building maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
+ Perform janitorial duties such as cleaning common areas, removing debris, and ensuring properties remain presentable.
