What you’ll do

• Statutory Accounting & Reporting: Manage statutory accounting and external auditing processes for the UK business. Ensure compliance with UK statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors such as PWC or EY.
• Month-End & Year-End Activities: Lead month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, consolidation system tasks, and budgeting. Balance workload to accommodate peak periods with some overtime as needed.
• Financial Controls & Compliance: Maintain and monitor working capital controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance with control environments across five companies. Take ownership of bank account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial postings within SAP.
