Financial Shaping Manager (Malaysia & Singapore)

The Malaysia Singapore (MYSG) Financial Shaping Manager & Southeast Asia (SEA) FP&A is a dual-focus role critical to driving the financial performance and strategic direction of Royal Canin (a Mars business) in Southeast Asia. This role serves as the dedicated, hands‑on Finance Co‑Pilot for the Malaysia & Singapore markets, partnering closely with market teams to drive sustainable growth. Concurrently, the role leads the FP&A function and orchestration for the broader SEA cluster (encompassing MYSG, Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand). The successful candidate will blend the Finance Co‑Pilot expertise with strong SEA cluster FP&A leadership to consolidate, challenge, and shape financial strategies across all five markets.
