The Financial Services Rep II is responsible for the effective resolution of client AR within an assigned portfolio of accounts. Incumbents will serve as the primary point of contact between client and Insight finance department. This position will report to the Mgr Financial Services.

What you’ll do at Insight

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR.
• Mail/fax system generated form letters to clients to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax or email.
• Confer with clients by telephone in an attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service or credit contract.
• Keep detailed record/status of their ongoing collection efforts.
• Receive payment information from clients and record amounts promised to be paid in client’s account.
