As a financial professional, you’ll play a key role, listening attentively to our members and clients to help optimize their financial wellbeing . You’ll provide exceptional client service and propose high-quality, tailored financial solutions . More specifically, you will be required to:

• Support members and clients by telling them about technological tools and applications that can help them do transactions and operations on their own.
• Welcome members and clients in a courteous and dynamic manner , quickly determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate people or channels. Provide general information about Desjardins products and services.
• Work together with personal finance advisors to improve the service quality available to members .
