Financial services Agent - Clientele

Responsibilities

As a client financial services agent at Caisse Desjardins du Témiscamingue, you work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients. You help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships. You are called upon to take charge of the immediate needs of members and clients by offering simple and rapid solutions in terms of investment, financing and protection, all in line with the action plan. You draw on your interpersonal savvy and communication skills to ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You provide significant business development support, assist members and clients, and offer excellent customer service.

• Handle client requests, perform tasks and research as needed, and recommend appropriate solutions.
