About the job
We are seeking a Manager, Consolidation & Financial Reporting to lead the monthly consolidation process, oversee holding company accounting, and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting under IFRS. This role will coordinate closely with subsidiary finance teams, external bookkeepers, and audit partners to ensure financial results are complete, accurate, and aligned with budget and underwriting expectations.
The ideal candidate is technically strong in consolidations and IFRS, detail-oriented, and comfortable
working directly with senior stakeholders, including subsidiary-level CFOs and external auditors.
