Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Financial Controller who can go beyond traditional accounting and build strong financial control systems for an asset-heavy leasing business.

This role requires deep expertise in:

- Leasing accounting (Ind AS / IFRS)

- Asset profitability & unit economics

- Cash flow and working capital management

- Credit risk control

- Process automation and team leadership

The candidate will work closely with founders and leadership to ensure financial discipline while supporting rapid scale.
