**What's the Job?**

+ Serve as a subject matter expert for the Order‑to‑Pay (O2P) process, including billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment workflows.
+ Investigate and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues, and system errors across Bullhorn, PeopleSoft, and related tools.
