The Role
We are hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (On-site – Medellín).
This role reports directly to the Founder & CFO.
This is NOT an accounting position.
You will be building financial systems, not doing bookkeeping.
What You'll Do
• Build the company's financial model
• Design 12-month rolling cash flow projections
• Develop scenario modeling
• Define SaaS unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback)
• Create automated dashboards
• Optimize margins and cost structure
• Support strategic decisions with data

• Experience in FP&A or startup finance
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel / Sheets advanced)
