Must Have

- 4+ years of relevant work experience with Oracle Planning

- Strong Hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS or PCMCS and its features

- Experience in EPBCS OOB Modules, Custom and Reporting cubes

- Proven track record implementing solutions across EPM Suite projects

- Deep expertise in Business Rules, Forms, Dashboards, Data Integration, Metadata Management and MDX calculations

- Proficient in managing user provisioning and security setup in Shared Services

- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with both business and IT-focused clients

Good to Have:

- Basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
