Financial Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑term planning processes.

- Conduct budget vs actuals analysis, including explanations for key variances and recommendations for improvement.

- Prepare accurate financial projections, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analyses.

Business Finance & Decision Support:

- Partner closely with business teams to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.

- Provide data‑driven guidance to support pricing, investments, cost optimization, and business strategy.

- Evaluate business performance using KPIs and develop dashboards for leadership review.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, business reviews, and Board-level presentations.
