Financial Operations Lead

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations and compliance functions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires hands-on ownership as an Individual Contributor (IC), with the ability to independently manage finance operations across domestic and international business functions, including BPO operations.

The candidate will prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory regulations, and taxation requirements.
