Financial Messaging Expert

We are looking for a Financial Messaging Expert who will help us make our clients happy by identifying their needs, onboarding them onto our platform, and answering any of their requests regarding Financial Messaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers
• Attend clients' meetings during the pre‑sales stage
• Determine customer requirements and goals of their target SWIFT infrastructure
• Define the scope of the project, plan timelines, and set deadlines
• Help the customer in the technical set‑up of its SWIFT platform
• Coordinate end‑to‑end tests
• Provide reporting to management about progress, risks, and mitigations
• Support existing customers
• Provide client support on their Financial Messaging / SWIFT related queries
• Answer Jira tickets within the given SLA...
