Key Responsibilities

  • Financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management
  • Monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
  • Cost analysis, margin analysis and profitability tracking
  • Financial controls, stock control and fraud prevention
  • VAT, PAYE, UIF, tax and statutory compliance
  • Payroll oversight and labour-related financial compliance
  • Strategic financial analysis and dashboard reporting
  • Supporting operational decision-making and business growth
  • Assisting with HR administration, recruitment support and employee records

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Strong financial management and reporting experience
  • Experience within agriculture, farming, production, manufacturing or similar operational environments will be advantageous
