• Manage finance subordinates and contribute to a team-work culture
• Establish and maintain appropriate finance staff resources to ensure that various job functions are delivered on time, budget and to the agreed quality standard
• Implement effective succession planning, people management and development of financial staff

• Liaise with the Managing Director on the development, implementation and monitoring of the company’s strategic financial plans
