What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full finance function from AZ.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Oversee tax, VAT, and audit processes.
- Manage and mentor the finance team.
- Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles.
- Approximately 3 years' post-articles experience in a Financial Management role.
- Previous managerial or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the full finance function.
- A confident, resilient, and proactive personality.
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans preferred).
