What You'll Be Doing - Managing the full finance function from A to Z
- Overseeing month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Managing cash flow, financial controls, and compliance
- Leading and developing the finance team
- Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
What We're Looking For
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Completed Articles
- Approximately 3 years post-articles experience
- Previous management or team leadership experience
- Experience within the automotive industry or a similar operational environment advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident, resilient, and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
