Our reputable client is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Checking and ensuring the accurate posting of items
  2. Reconciling the bank statements and control accounts
  3. Reporting on the financials to the Management
  4. Managing monthly and yearly cashflow
  5. Compilation of the annual budget
  6. Processing of salaries and payment of deductions
  7. Authorisation and control of the payment of creditors
  8. Debtors control
  9. VAT control
  10. Control of medical aid and pension administration
  11. Administration of insurance and agreements
  12. Preparing all documentation for audit and dealing with queries
  13. Assisting with the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety
  14. Assisting and supporting the outreach projects
