- Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting / Management Accounting

- 2 3 Years Experience in Similar role
- Ability to manage multiple entities and farming operations
- Oversee all aspects of company accounting across all entities
- Manage and process all payments, including suppliers and operational expenses
- Administer and control salary and wage payments
- Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and annual budgets for all farms with Farm Managers
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance reports.
- Administer employee pension funds and medical aid
- Manage all SARS relations and statutory requirements for all companies
- Oversee company insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
