RESPONSIBILITIES Review and oversee monthly accounting processes and financial reporting Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information across multiple entities Review reconciliations, journals, management accounts and supporting schedules Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes Assist with annual financial statements and statutory reporting requirements Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Monitor working capital and liquidity requirements Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation and internal controls Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks and external stakeholders Financial Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor and develop members of the finance team Review work prepared by junior finance staff and provide guidance where required Improve financial processes, controls and reporting efficiencies Drive accountability and financial discipline throughout the organisation Commercial & Strategic Finance Partner with exe...
