The successful candidate will work closely with operational and executive stakeholders, analysing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving sound financial decision-making across the operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide actionable business insights
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, VAT, and statutory requirements
- Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes
