Summary This position is located at Stars and Stripes Europe. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Responsibilities Performs financial management duties for assigned activities by designing, establishing and maintaining the administration of an integrated financial management system. Reviews and interprets budget guidance for consolidation of estimates and develops instruction based on new guidance. Evaluates financial statements and prepares recurring financial reports for presentation to the fund manager and the installation commander. Reviews consolidated financial reports of assigned operations to include budget variance analyses, CPMC execution, and cash flow. Supervises assigned staff.
